Nice and comfortable
The room is clean and comfortable. Even it is next to sub way station, but it's very quiet and the security system also very good. I like the place. Strongly recommend.

very pleasant place to stay
A very good location to stay in Seoul. Near the old city east gate, river with a pleasant walkway one block away, short walk to Dongdaemun History and culture park, easy to get to the palaces (bus 301 from the culture park), to Namsam on bus 421, markets close by, Metro access (line 6 and line 2) at Sindang station. Seven 11 store on the ground floor of the apartment block and Seoul station on bus 421. Modern apartment with all that you need to be self sufficient. Quiet at nights with only low level of any road noise. Good Wifi.
Only small negative was the height of the mezzanine floor which has the second bed in it. A medium height person has to stoop.

What was the highlight of I Am House
Great stay near Dongdaemun
The apartment looked exactly like it did in the photos, and everything was clean and in place. There were plenty of facilities available including washing machine (and a drying rack) and a little kitchenette. One bed was softer and another bed was harder, but both were comfortable. The whole dongdaemun area was within walking distance, and there were convenience stores/eateries around. The host was very kind and helpful in answering questions and helping with the check in even though we were later than expected.
There was really nothing to like about this place.
